Our strategy

Evelop leverages on its knowledge and expertise, to stimulate the development of sustainability initiatives and make them viable. You, as our partner, can benefit from our expertise but also from the investment capacity of our company which guarantees the input of necessary financial means for development and investment.

Eneco, holding company of Evelop, aims for a completely sustainable energy production by 2030. Where others fail to translate theory into concrete action, we are committed to our goal. Together with consumers, business partners, authorities and science, Evelop will create a sustainable, decentralized future.

To bring sustainable energy to a higher level and to achieve our mission we will focus on:

1. flexible partnering with quality stakeholders
We base our work on strategic partnerships. As part of our strategy, Evelop welcomes reliable, stable partners with creative yet concrete plans that contribute to the mission of our company.

2. innovative sustainable energy projects
We will focus on the development of projects in the field of:

  • decentralized power generation projects (such as the wind farm on the property of the concrete firm Koninklijke H.H. Martens en Zoon B.V. and the turbines on the industrial site of FUJIFILM
  • multiple space use (e.g. Railwind®): Evelop promotes multiple space use and builds innovative designs to integrate wind energy with infrastructure, such as roads, waterways and railways. 
  • and large scale sustainable power production such as Prinses Amaliawindpark, Belwind phase I.

3. continuous increase of our know-how and experience in wind power generation at sea and on land.
Evelop has its own Competence Centre: ECore. This centre allows us to pool and share our knowledge and expertise within our organization and stimulate the innovation of offshore wind farm development. wind108x86.jpg

We are also committed to future offshore development, such as Far and Large Offshore Wind (FLOW), a research and demonstration program for offshore wind energy.
