Utrecht,  3 july 2009 (Evelop) –  Recently Eneco has taken over practically all wind projects of Evelop (except Belwind and Prinses Amaliawindpark). For the time being Evelop will operate as an independent unit within Eneco. As a result of this acquisition some changes within the management team of Evelop have been made.

Managing Director Pieter Tavenier will be responsible for the new Evelop company. As a result of the acquisition Frank Wouters and Jaap Roos have terminated their responsibilities.

Tavenier joined Eneco at 2007 as Manager Business Development. In this role he was involved in large strategic projects such as power plants. It is Tavenier's mission to join forces of both companies to develop the high promising project pipeline of Evelop. In this way our joint ambition of becoming a leading European developer of renewable energy projects can be realized.

Operations director Rick Wasser and finance director Marc Volbers remain members of the MT and are responsible for project development and finance.
