DIF is an independent fund management company offering investors access to portfolios of infrastructure assets. DIF launched its first fund, DIF PPP (Public Private Partnership), in 2005. This dedicated PPP fund has successfully invested in a number of Public Private Partnership projects in Europe since its final closing (€150 million) in 2006 and is now for more than 70% committed. A successor PPP fund will be launched in the first quarter of 2008. DIF Renewable Energy was launched mid-2007. DIF Renewable Energy is an independent fund offering investors access to a portfolio of renewable energy assets in Europe. DIF Renewable Energy focuses on investments in onshore wind assets and also considers investments in solar, biomass and offshore wind.
